Dashboard
Upon logging into Solo, customers are presented with the dashboard/homepage where they can navigate throughout the application.
Customer Experience
Customers can:
- View recent orders
- Update account details
- View and switch customer numbers
- Update addresses:
- Manually
- Using predictive address lookup
Publisher Configuration
Publishers can configure:
- Dashboard/Homepage messaging and content blocks
- Navigation labels such as:
- Dashboard - Home
- Your Orders/Manage Order - My Orders
- Your Account - My Account
- Help
All content is managed through the CMS.
Pages
Your Orders
The Your Orders page displays all purchases linked to the customer, including:
- Subscriptions
- Memberships
- Product items
Manage Order
The Manage Order page is accessed after selecting View Order from the Your Orders page.
Customers can:
- View order summaries
- Update delivery details
- Access additional functionality based on eligibility, including:
- Renewals
- Upgrades
- Payment updates
- Issue history
Your Account
The Your Account page allows customers to:
- Update billing addresses
- Update delivery addresses associated with ongoing subscriptions
- Change their password
Help
The Help page allows customers to:
- Browse FAQs
- Submit customer service queries
CMS Configuration
You can configure:
- FAQ section headers
- Questions and answers
- Contact Us form content
Contact Us Pop-Ups
When customers select an option from the secondary dropdown field within the Contact Us form:
- A modal window is triggered
- Messaging is displayed to guide customers toward self-service or issue resolution
