When enabled, the Abandon Basket functionality sends emails to customers who exit checkout after providing their email address. When disabled, no emails are generated. This functionality can be configured independently and tailored to specific journeys.

Exit-Intent

This functionality can be configured independently and tailored to specific journeys.
