Abandon Basket is configured in:

Workflow Types:
  • Default publisher-level
  • Item + promotion code
  • Promotion code

Workflow Configuration Options


Number of Steps
  • Define how many emails are sent in a workflow
  • Varies by workflow type:
    • Item-level: up to five steps
    • Item + promotion code: two steps
Email Content
  • Content is configurable per email
  • Each step triggers the next email
Timing
  • Define delays between emails
  • Configured per workflow step
Workflow Completion

A workflow ends when:

  • All steps are completed
  • The customer completes their order
  • The customer unsubscribes

Pop-Up Window Management Fields

Item Code

  • Defines the item associated with the pop-up

Promotion Code

  • Defines the promotion code associated with the pop-up

Trigger Timing (seconds)

  • Specifies how long must pass before the pop-up is triggered

Inactivity Popup (Mobile Only)

  • Enables inactivity-triggered pop-ups on mobile devices
  • Compensates for the absence of ‘mouse-away’ behaviour

Pop-Up Window Content

  • Defines the content of the pop-up using HTML
