Feature Engine

Overview

The Feature Engine is a core component of SOLO which enables functionality to be toggled on or off without deployments. Features can be managed independently per publisher.

Available Features

All features display within the Manage Order page subject to eligibility.

Cross SellsAllows you to present cross-sell offers to your customersCross-sells are configured in the CMS and follow hierarchical logic. For example, Customers with Item A may be shown Item B. If they already own Item B, they may instead be shown Item CThe option is suppressed
Additional Cross SellsAllows you to present additional cross-sell offers to your customersDisplays an additional cross-sell panel on the Manage Order page for customers who are not eligible for renewal or upgrade offers. This feature enables you to direct customers to your store, encouraging them to browse and purchase the latest magazine subscriptions, thus helping to drive additional conversions and revenue opportunities.The option is suppressed

Subscription Type UpgradeAllows customers with print subscriptions to receive a free digital upgradeEligible customers are redirected to the branded app or app store and are upgraded from PRT subscription type to BTF subscription type.
